美国GeoTomo地球物理公司是一家从事开发尖端石油勘探地球物理技术的高科技企业，其软件产品可以帮助地球物理学家得到精确的地下成像。其地球物理软件可为石油公司减少勘探风险和油气的开发费用，并为地球物理工程公司精确地成像地下异常体和近地表模型。GeoTomo公司创始人是817校友张捷(MIT博士），公司有多位中国科大校友供职。

GeoTomo公司位于I10 & Hwy6 area的休斯顿办公室目前招聘资深3D Java开发工程师。详情如下:

Looking for Senior Java Developer(s) to be part of our development team, tasked with implementing new functionality and maintaining existing applications.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Java Developer:

—Implement scalable software systems that meet the business requirements.

—Participate in the design and development of new and existing software solutions

—Maintain existing software systems

—Participate in code reviews

Minimum Job Requirements of the Senior 3D Java Developer:

—4+ years’ (1+ for junior developer) working experience with Java and 3D technologies

—Minimum 2(1) years’ experience with Java Swing technologies

— Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

— Ability to debug and resolve difficult technical problems

— Ability to determine the feasibility of projects in a fast paced deadline driven environment

— Being familiar with one of 3D APIs, such as OpenGL, Java3D, Coin3D or Open Inventor

— Working experience with eclipse

— Good communication skills and good team interaction
