Responsibilities:
As a Software Engineer in the application domain of the Dynamics AX product group, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, documenting and stabilizing new Dynamics AX features with help from senior team members. All of the above will be done in close coordination with other team members and teams.
Qualifications:
- B.S/M.S./Phd in computer engineering or science or related degree is required.
- 3 years fulltime working experience in software development/testing using any object oriented programming language. Or 1 year internship in software development/testing in global company as graduated students.
- X++ and C# experience is a plus.
- Familiar with Database application development
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong debugging skills and the proven ability to quickly understand other developers' code
- A passion for quality and continuous improvement of processes and software
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, follow development standards and to work independently
- Commitment to team play
- Clear and effective communication skills with good written and spoken English
- Prior experience in any ERP or accounting software development preferred

Dynamics AX APAC Team in China looking for a smart, self-motivated and experienced engineering lead who is responsible for managing and leading a team of passionate software engineers to add values to the product for global customers especially for customers in Asia Pacific countries.
Responsibilities:
As a unified Engineering Lead in the application domain of the Dynamics AX product group, you will be responsible for mentoring an engineer team with both development and testing capability to plan, design, implement, test and document new Dynamics AX financial features either global or specific to Asia Pacific countries. The role will also lead the engineer team to maintain and improve already existing code. All of the above will be done in close collaboration with multiple sister teams either local or remote. It is your responsibility to ensure features are designed and shipped with the highest quality on schedule. Qualifications:
10+ years of hands on software development using any object oriented programming language.
4+ year experience in leading software development team
Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills

A minimum of B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
