王兵校友，1981年硕士研究生毕业于中国科学技术大学气象学专业，现任美国夏威夷大学教授（http://www.soest.hawaii.edu/users/bwang/），现面向科大学生、校友提供 Ph D  (4-years) 、 Postdoc 职位。欢迎感兴趣的同学联系并申请。

The PhD Degree will be offered by University Hawaii, therefore, the applicants must satisfy UH requirement for graduate study. The applicants for Ph D study are preferred to have a Master degree in atmospheric sciences, but other major, such as Physics and Mathematics, computational sciences are also considered. PhD candidate will receive a stipend of $22000 per year and tuition waiver.

The postdoc training is for two-year period. Stipend is $45000 per year plus expenses to attend conferences.

The funding for both Ph D students and postdoc fellows is provided by Nanjing University of Information science and technology (NUIST). Therefore after completing 4-year PHD or 2-year Postdoc training, the awardees must return to NUIST as a faculty member.
